Your value for money is exceptional. Super hotel - Super meals - and most of all Excellent Staff. Three who I encountered and are a credit to your organisation - The young lady on Reception - The man who single handed managed the breakfast and especially a Mr Melwyn Feuzardo whose attention to the Customer is superb. I do not have the names of the others. My thanks to all - I will definitely return.

The rooms were fine though the hotel was hard to find perhats sins on the a2 canterbury bypass would help..

My car was parked in a disabled bay, obviously because i am disabled..I would like you to find out who deliberately scratched down the nearside of my car. i presume that you do have cctv,, and if possible send a picture of the person so that i in turn can pass this over to the canterbury Police to hAVE this person prosecuted..
